1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellations by Customers
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, event, or booking time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.
1.2 Cancellations by Indian Mahjong
- In the event that Indian Mahjong must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as operational issues, venue constraints, or events beyond our reasonable control – customers will be notified promptly.
- In such cases, customers will be offered either a full refund or an option to reschedule, subject to availability.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only for cancellations that comply with the cancellation policy stated above.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- No-shows
- Failure to attend or participate without prior cancellation
2.2 Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
2.3 Partial Refunds
- For group bookings or multi-slot reservations, cancellations of individual slots may be considered for a partial refund, subject to:
