Mahjong WhatsApp Bot – Terms & Policy Agreement

By registering, interacting with, or making any payment through the Mahjong WhatsApp Bot (“Bot”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. No Cancellation & No Refund Policy

All payments made through the Bot are final and non-refundable.
Once a booking, registration, or payment is completed, no cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, change of plans, or dissatisfaction.

2. Right to Refuse Service

The management reserves the absolute right to refuse access, participation, or service to any individual at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate behavior, misuse of the Bot, violation of rules, or conduct deemed disruptive or unsafe.

3. Use of Phone Number & Communication

By using this Bot, you consent to your WhatsApp number being stored and used for:
• Event-related communication
• Updates, announcements, and reminders
• Future marketing and promotional communication related strictly to Mahjong activities

Your contact details will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing or commercial purposes.

4. Participant Conduct & Liability Disclaimer

Participants are solely responsible for their own behavior and actions during any Mahjong-related activity, event, or gathering facilitated through this Bot.

The management, organizers, and Bot operators:
• Are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or behavior of other participants
• Are not liable for any disputes, arguments, altercations, losses, injuries, or damages arising before, during, or after any event
• Do not guarantee personal safety, and participation is entirely at the user’s own risk

5. Safety & Assumption of Risk

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with social gatherings, travel, and interaction with other participants.
The management shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property.

6. Policy Acceptance

Use of the Bot, completion of registration, or making a payment constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with using the Bot or participating in any activity.
